The invention relates to a receptacle for a cosmetic product, provided with telescopic displacement means. The invention relates more particularly to a receptacle, in particular for a stick of a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick.
The field of cosmetics is a field that requires the creation of innovative and original products to differentiate themselves from the competition and be attractive, as well as to respond to trends or modes that evolve in society and to which consumers are sensitive, particularly in regards to lipsticks. Thus, it is known to provide such receptacles with a body provided with an opening, which can be closed by means of a removable cap.
Such receptacles also have a mechanism for moving a cup relative to the body, said cup carrying the stick of cosmetic product. The mechanism of movement is in particular composed of moving means provided with a guide of the cup mounted inside the body. They allow the training of the cup to retract the stick of cosmetic product inside the receptacle, or out of it to make it accessible to a user who wants to wear makeup. Thus, the cup can be moved between a storage position in which it is inserted into the body, and an application position in which the cup is substantially at the opening of the body so that the stick is largely to the outside of the container.
In known displacement means, the cup is actuated by a rotational movement of the body relative to the guide, the guide being held mechanically by means of a wheel accessible from the outside of the body and disposed at the opposite end of the 'opening. The guide is present substantially over the entire height of the body in order to guide the cup until opening. In addition, a thread is also present throughout the height of the body to move the cup. Now, the thread and the guide, which generally comprises at least one slide, occupy a certain thickness in the inner circumference of the body. This thickness therefore reduces the diameter of the cosmetic product stick that can be used with such a container.
To avoid having a guide present on the height of the body, there are means of displacement arranged only on the lower part of the body. They are provided with a rotating part relative to the body. The rotating part is mechanically linked to the wheel and is provided with a thread. The cup further has an axis that can move in the rotating part cooperating with the thread, the cup being moved in translation along the body when the rotating part is actuated, this by locking in rotation of the cup relative to the body.
However, to be able to move the cup to the opening of the receptacle, the length of the thread must be substantially equal to the distance between the storage position of the cup and the application position. The body must have a height twice the length of the stick of cosmetic product. Thus, the means of displacement take an important place in the height of the body. The length of the cosmetic product stick is therefore limited substantially to half the height of the body, which must be long enough to accommodate a stick of standard cosmetic product.
Thus, there is currently no receptacle for a cosmetic product capable of both containing a large cosmetic product stick that keeps standard dimensions. The invention therefore aims to obtain a receptacle, in particular a cosmetic product, which has both a mechanism for moving the compact cup and a body that can receive a stick of wide lipstick.
For this, the invention relates to a receptacle for a cosmetic product, comprising a container provided with an interior volume, the receptacle comprising a cup configured to receive said product, the receptacle comprising means for moving the cup provided with a first and a second piece coaxial with the cup along an axis of the container, the cup, the first and the second part being interconnected in a telescopic movement along said axis.
The telescopic movement of the cup and the parts makes it possible to have more compact means of displacement in the container when the cup is in the storage position. On the other hand, they extend as much as standard displacement means in the application position.
Thus, the container may contain a cosmetic product stick that is longer by keeping a standard size container.

In Figure 1, the invention relates to a receptacle 1 for cosmetic product, the receptacle 1 shown here being a tube of lipstick. Said receptacle 1 comprises a receptacle 3 provided with a tubular body 7 and an interior volume intended to receive the cosmetic product, which is therefore a stick of lipstick, not shown in the figures. The interior volume has a shape substantially identical to the outer shape of the lipstick stick. The container 1 is also provided with an opening 4 for moving the lipstick stick outside the container 3 in order to use it.
Said container 3 comprises a cup 5, configured to receive said stick of lipstick. The container, here cylindrical, has a main axis in which the cup 5 is able to move in translation in the inner volume, as shown in Figures 1 (a) to 1 (c). Said container 3 is configured so that the cup 5, and therefore the cosmetic product can take at least two positions. The first position is a storage position in which the cosmetic product is housed inside the container 3 (Figure 1 (a)), the cup being positioned at the bottom of the container 3. The second position (Figure 1 (c)) is a position of application of the cosmetic product in which the product is essentially outside the container 3, the cup 5 being positioned at the opening 4 of the container 3. In the case of the lipstick tube, the container 3 comprises a tubular body 7, in which the cup 5 is able to be moved in a direction, called axial, corresponding to the axis of the body 7. For this purpose, the receptacle 1 according to the invention comprises displacement means 2 of the cup 5. The displacement means 2 are provided with a first 6 and a second 8 pieces coaxial with the cup 5 along the axis of the container 3. The first 6 and second 8 parts are cylindrical and each have a su external interface. The displacement means 2 are arranged at one end of the container 3 opposite the opening 4. The second part is also accessible from the outside of the container by means of a gripping portion 9 arranged here on the outer face of the second part 8.
The second piece 8 is rotatable relative to the body 7 about said main axis and said cup 5 is locked in rotation around said main axis relative to the body 7. In other words, the cup 5 is integral with the body 7 in rotation and free in translation, while the second part 8 is free to rotate relative to the body 7, but immobile in translation.
Thus, the person using the lipstick, out the lipstick stick, either by rotating said gripping portion 9 relative to the body 7 of the fixed container 3, or by rotating the body 7 of the receptacle 3 relative to to the second piece 8 while holding the gripping portion 9 fixed. In the following description, the movements and / or movements are described for the alternative in which the body 7 rotates, the second part 8 and the gripping portion 9 being fixed. They could also have been described for the other alternative, without this changing the result, because we obtain the same axial displacement of the cup 5 in the container 3 for the two alternatives.
According to the invention, as shown in Figures 1 (a) to 1 (c), the cup 5, the first 6 and the second 8 piece are interconnected in a telescopic movement along said main axis. The receptacle 1 is configured so that an actuation of the receptacle 3 with respect to said second piece 8 causes a translation of the cup 5 with respect to said receptacle 3 along said axis, from the storage position (FIG. 1 (a)) to at a stop position of the cup 5 on the first piece 6 in an intermediate position Figure 1 (b). In the storage position, the first piece 6 is essentially inserted in the second piece 8, and the cup 5 is substantially in contact with the first piece 6. In the intermediate position, the first piece 6 is always inserted into the second piece 8 , while the cup 5 is located at a distance from the first piece 6 in the container 3, substantially halfway from the opening 4.
During its displacement in translation in the body 7 between the storage position and the intermediate position, the cup 5 accompanies the rotational movement of the body 7, while the first part 6 remains stationary. Thus, the cup 5 is configured to be driven in a helical movement with respect to said first piece 6 along said main axis, as shown in FIG. 3. For this, the first piece 6 is provided with a first thread 20 and the cup 5 comprises two extension tabs 10, 11. The tabs 10, 11 are able to cooperate with the first thread 20 of the first piece 6, so as to control the displacement of the cup 5 relative to the first piece 6. The first thread 20 is arranged here on the outer surface of the first piece 6. The extension tabs 10, 11 each comprise a protrusion 19, 21 disposed substantially at the end of the lug 10, 11 opposite the cup 5. The sliding of the two protuberances 19, 21 in the first thread 20 controls the displacement of the cup 5 relative to the first part 6, as shown in FIG. 3. The cup 5 therefore follows a screw movement. wise-unscrewing with respect to the first piece 6, the extension tabs 10, 11 moving between the first 6 and the second piece.
In addition, the cup 5 is configured to abut in rotation against said first piece 6 at the end of the stroke, when the cup 5 is in the intermediate position. In other words, when the protuberances 19, 21 reach the end of the first thread 20, the rotational movement of the cup 5 with respect to the first piece is blocked in this direction by a profile 30 located at the thread end 20.
Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, as the container 3 continues to turn relative to the second part 8, the cup 5 and the first part 6 translate jointly with respect to said container 3 along said main axis from the position intermediate (Fig. 1 (b)) to an extreme position of the cup, which is the position of application (Fig. 1 (c)). In the position of application, the displacement means 3 are deployed to the maximum. In other words, the first piece 6 is essentially outside the second piece 8.
As shown in Figures 1 (c) and 5, said first member 6 is configured to be driven relative to said second member 8 in a helical motion along said axis. In other words, the first part 6 is able to move simultaneously in rotation and in translation between a first position in which it is essentially inserted into the second part 8 and a second position in which it is essentially projecting from the second part 8. For that, the second piece 8 is tubular and has an axial hole so as to accommodate the first piece. The second piece thus has a cylindrical inner surface facing the first piece 6 when the cup 5 is in the storage position or in the intermediate position.
To allow the helical movement, the displacement means 2 comprise a second thread 25 arranged on the inner surface of the second piece 8, and the first piece 6 comprises, for example two, protuberances 22, 23, as shown on Figures 6 (c) and 6 (d). The protuberances 22, 23 are arranged here on the outer surface of the first part 6 below the first thread 20, preferably on an enlarged circular base 18 of the first part 6. The second thread 25 is able to cooperate with the protuberances 22 , 23, so that the protuberances 22, 23 can slide in the second thread 20. The second thread 20 and the protuberances 22, 23 and allow the simultaneous movement in translation and rotation of the first part 6 relative to the second part 8, shown in Figures 1 (c) and 5. The first part 6 therefore follows a screw-unscrewing movement inside the second part 8. Here, during this phase of the movement, the cup 5 moves together with the first piece 6 to reach the opening 4 in the application position.
The cup 5 is further integral in rotation with the container by means of guide means arranged in the container 3. In other words, the receptacle 1 comprises guide means configured to prevent rotation of the cup relative to the container 3, and to guide it in translation. Thus, when the body 7 of the container 3 rotates relative to the second part 8, the cup 5 is rotated with and in the same movement as the body 7. The lugs 10, 11 of the cup 5 therefore rotate in the first thread 20 thus generating the helical movement of the cup 5 around the first piece 6 in the container 3 and the displacement of the cup 5 relative to the container 3 along its main axis.
In FIGS. 4 (b) and 5, the guide means here comprise a cylindrical movable element 15 provided with two slides 12, 13 substantially parallel to the axis of the container 3. The mobile element 15 may have a hollow tube shape whose axis corresponds to the main axis of the container 3. The slides 12, 13 are arranged on the peripheral surface of the movable element 15, preferably in facing relation, and so as to be able to cooperate with the legs 10, 11. These include, in particular, slots opening radially.
Between the storage position and the intermediate position, the movable element 15 rotates with the body 7 and is free to rotate around the first part 6, the first part 6 being rotatable inside the movable element 15. Between the intermediate position and the position of use, the movable member 15 is secured to the first part 6 in translation and rotation. The movable element rests on the base 18 of the first part 6, and follows the displacement in translation of the first part 6 in the container 3. The movable member 15 can move in the container 3 in translation. Thus, the movable member 15 is positioned between the first 6 and the second piece 8 in the storage position and in the intermediate position. In other words, the first piece 6 is inserted into the movable member 15, which is itself inserted into the second piece 8. The movable member 15 follows the movement of the first piece 6 and leaves the second piece 8, simultaneously .
On the other hand, the movable element 15 and the slides 12, 13 are integral in rotation with the container 3, but free in translation. To this end, said movable member 15 is provided with two planar flat faces 14, 16, configured to be in contact with a flange 17 of the body 7 of the container 3, as indicated in FIGS. 2 and 5. The flange 17 extends circumferentially in the volume of the container 3 to be in contact with the two flat faces 14, 16 so as to block the rotation of the movable member 15. Thus, the circumference of the movable member 15 being not completely circular, it can not rotate in the container 3 and is therefore driven by the container 3 in rotation at the same time and in the same movement as the latter. The rim 17 is arranged in the body 7 at the level of the displacement means 2, above the second piece 8.
In FIGS. 4 (b) and 5, the movable element 15 guides the cup 15 into the container 3. For this purpose, the two slides 12, 13 are each able to cooperate with a stud 24, 26 arranged on each tab 10 11, of the cup 5. Thus, the stud 24, 26 can slide in the slide 12,13 corresponding so that the cup 5 is locked in rotation relative to the body 7 of the container 3, but movable in translation in the body 7 The slides 12, 13 thus translate in translation the helical movement of the lugs 10, 11 of the cup 5 around the first part 6 when the container 3 is rotated relative to the first part 6.
As shown in FIG. 6 (a), each extension lug 10, 11 of the cup 5 is therefore provided with an outgrowth 19, 21 and a stud 24, 26 located on either side of its end. , the protrusion 19, 21 cooperating radially inwardly with the first threading 20 of the first part 6 shown in FIG. 6 (c), and the stud 24, 26 cooperating radially outwards with the slideway 12, 13 of the movable member 15 shown in Figure 6 (b).
Between the storage position and the intermediate position, the movable element rotates the cup 5 in rotation by means of the slides 12, 13 which cause the studs 24, 26 locked in rotation in the slideways 12, 13. Thus, the protrusions 19 , 21 follow the rotation and are forced to traverse the first thread 20. The cup 5 then moves first only in translation, between the storage position and the intermediate position.
In addition, the slides 12, 13 are preferably closed at each end, so that the studs 24, 26 of the tabs 10, 11 are locked at the ends of the slides 12, 13, in particular to keep the protuberances 19, 21 in the first threading 20. Thus, the lugs 10, 11 of the cup 5 are retained at the end of the stroke of the helical movement when the cup 5 is in the intermediate position or in the application position, in particular so that the cup 5 and the first part 6 remain mechanically linked by the lugs 10, 11.
In the same way, and as shown in FIG. 5, the flange 17 converts the helical movement of the first piece 6 into the second piece 8 in translation during the phase of the movement between the intermediate position and the position of application, the first part 6, the cup 5 and the movable member 15 then being linked to each other without degree of freedom.
The rim 17 also serves to hold and block the end of the stroke the first piece 6 and the movable member 15, when projecting from the second piece 8 in the application position, as shown in Figure 5. For this, the base 18 of the first piece 6 has a larger diameter than the space left by the flange 17. In contrast, the remainder of the first piece 6 has a smaller diameter to allow it to pass through the flange 17 to exit the second piece 8. It is the same for the bottom of the movable member 15 which is wider so as to be retained by the flange 17. The movable member 15 is a retractable guide means, which avoids d have guiding means which take up more space in width in the container, in particular with slides along the body, and which reduce in width the volume for the cosmetic product. Thus, the receptacle may contain a larger cosmetic product for an identical receptacle diameter.
In addition, the movable element 15 makes it possible to use the tabs already described for guiding. It thus avoids having to use a second pair of extension tabs on the cup 15, this second pair of tab cooperating with slides arranged on the body inside the receptacle. In addition, thanks to the movable member 15 and the telescopic guide means, the extension tabs 10, 11 are shorter than with fixed slides.
Advantageously, the first 6 and second 8 parts are provided with a through hole opening facing each other, so that it is possible to reload the container 3 of product through these holes. To allow this reloading, the extension tabs 10, 11 are preferably located at a distance from the axis of the container to leave sufficient space for the introduction of the product. In addition, said cup 5 is provided with an opening opening facing the holes of the first and second parts to allow the passage of the product to the cup 5 during reloading.
In a second embodiment, not shown in the figures, the first part is able to move simultaneously in rotation and in translation between a first position in which the second part is essentially inserted in the first part and a second position in which the second piece is essentially salient from the first piece. In other words, in this embodiment, the first piece is wider than the second piece. The first piece moves around the second piece between the intermediate position in which the first piece surrounds the second piece, and the application position, in which the first piece substantially surrounds the second piece.
In addition, to keep the cosmetic product safe when not in use, the receptacle is advantageously provided with a removable cover, not shown in the figures, to close the orifice of the container. For this purpose, the cover and the container are provided with means of usual removable assemblies, for example by fitting the cover on the container. Thus, when the lipstick stick is inside the container, the cap can be positioned on the container to obstruct the opening.
